The main features:
1. Take it easy, accurate color, long life.
2. Use motors, variable frequency speed control, saving electricity, small running fluctuations.
3. Off printing roll automatic stop the ink-running motor, and up-printing roll automatic start running the ink.
4. Use special diagonal-tooth gear, accurate printing size.
5. Two sets of heating devices, including central heating and constant temperature control system for group control.
6. Low-roller special steel processing, and special process, and plating thickness of 0.1mm protective layer of hard chromium.
7 Alloy roll with hard oxidation, treating by dynamic balance, static balanced.
8 With cold wind bellows, and can effectively prevent produce with ink adhesion after printing
9. Print produce are clear and good arrangement quality.
10. Bearing: NSK, Japan Brand, Germany ASNU aluminum alloy roll

3. Machine different requires:
1) machine width require:
Standard: 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600mm
Special: 1800, 2000, 2200, 2400m, 3200mm etc.

2) machine speed require:
Standard / normal speed: 10-60m/min
Middle speed: 10-90m/min
High speed: 10-130m/min

3) machine printing material require:
Standard: For plastic film, PE, PP, OPP, HDPE, LDPE, etc. And 30-150gsm paper
Standard 2: Only for paper, 50-350gsm
Standard 3: Only for non woven material
Special: For alumnium foil, pp woven bag etc.

Answer: Our factory is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang province, China. The nearest air port is Wenzhou airport, we can go Wenzhou airport pick you.
 
Question: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Answer: Most our machine mechanical parts are processed by ourselves. So we can better control our quality from beginning. Electrical Part we had cooperated with good foreign brand, such as ABB, Yaskawa, Siemens, Airtac, NSK, Delta, Panasonic etc. And all our machine will do running test before shipping.
 
Question: Do you company provided foreign country machine installation services?
Answer: We have strong service team can provided all the machines buy from our company foreign country installation service and engineer training service. But buyer need provided the ticket, food, hotel cost etc.
 
Question: How your company provided after sales service?
Answer: All the machines buy from our company guarantee is one year (except any human mistake occurred) each machines we will give some spare parts free when shipping machines. Within guarantee machine parts damage, we will send to you free by express asap. If customer required engineer go to solve problem is possible.
